PRICES

Weaverscottage.dk is not liable for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior warning. At the same time, reservations are made for sold-out items.

PAYMENT

Weaverscottage.dk accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay . All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

SHIPPING

Weaverscottage.dk ships to most of the countries in the world. There are following shipping options available: Standard shipping, order is shipped within 14 days from when it has been placed. This is due to the contract I have with Post Danmark, that allows me to send tracked packages for better price, but only, when I send minumum 3 or 5 packages at the time. For this kind of shipping price starts at 5,5 EUR. Free shipping is Standard shipping free of charge for the customer, that is offered in certain circumstances that are announced on www.weaverscottage.dk or in newsletter or ads.

REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing, that are not stated in product description. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or get a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error. Weaverscottage.dk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Read more about your right to make a complaint on the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s website. Upon return, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent back unless else has been agreed upon:

REFUSION

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of IBAN/account number and SWIFT code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

RETURN POLICY

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from that day:
– Where you receive the order.
– Get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.
– Get the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.
– The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs must be borne by you. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to info@weaverscottage.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice.

GOODS EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Products that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch.
– Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery. Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Items where the seal is broken.
– Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully completed.
– Delivery of digital content which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal. Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements entered into at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
– Goods bought through pre-order
– Temporary tattoos

RETURN

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. The condition of the item upon return You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
